It has proven difficult for first-time buyers to order merchandise on-line. This is because you cannot see the goods in front of you and thus you are not sure of what exactly you are buying. For this reason, our customers are guaranteed satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES/ STORE CREDIT:
- In case of a return, we must be notified within 14 days upon receipt of the product.
- The products will only be accepted back if:
- Opened and un-sellable merchandise will not be refunded nor the cost of shipping.
- If the return is due to an error we made, we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs resulting from the return. USPS 1ST Class Mal or Priority Mail should be used when shipping the incorrect item back to us. Ensure you get a tracking number. We should be contacted if the package is too large or very valuable in order for us to handle the return procedures. You will be refunded for the shipping or receive a store credit.
- Should the buyer change their mind on goods already ordered, he or she must take full responsibility for all the shipping costs and an additional 15% that will be deducted from the your refund as a re-stocking fee.
- Out4loud.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or misdirected due to errors while addressing the package. A 30% re-stocking fee will be enforced if the package is returned to us marked as refused, undeliverable or any other mishap to incur due to an error caused by the buyer. Therefore kindly type in the correct contact addresses.
- For a refund to occur, we use the original form of payment that was used during the initial purchase
- To access your store credit, you must log in to your account.
Apparel: In case of returns, store credits or exchanges, we will only accept clothes that we believe have not been worn otherwise if there is a reason to suggest that the returned clothes have been washed or worn, we will not be accepting them.
Please log in to your account and use the ‘My Account’ option if you qualify to return exchange and receive a store credit or refund. This option will direct you to a link Returns/Exchanges, Fill out the empty fields correctly and include as much detail as you can. You will receive feedback in 48 hours. Requests that are fair and legitimate will be dealt with immediately. The responsibility of dropping or shipping the returned packages is the customers; however we will cover the delivery fees to the correct address provided. During shipping kindly use the sturdy packaging with bubble wrap or boxes to ensure that the package is well protected during the shipping process.
